1999年、大学卒業後、スタートアップ支援業務に従事。その後、2002年に株式会社ディックル（現・株式会社デジリンク）を設立し、代表取締役を務める。2010年に株式会社ビズリーチに入社し、セレクト・アウトレット型ECサイト「LUXA（ルクサ）」の立ち上げに従事。その後、分社化した株式会社ルクサ（現・auコマース＆ライフ株式会社）に参画。MD本部本部長、取締役として事業及び経営に従事し、2019年4月よりauコマース＆ライフ株式会社取締役を務め、同年6月に専務取締役、2020年4月より社外取締役に就任。同年5月に株式会社J-CAMを設立し代表取締役に就任。 After graduating from university in 1999, Toshiyuki Niitsu worked in startup support services. In 2002, he founded Digilink Inc. (formerly Dickle Inc.) and served as its CEO. He then joined Bizreach Inc. in 2010 to launch the LUXA e-commerce site as a select-outlet model. He later participated in the spin-off of LUXA Inc. (now au Commerce & Life Co., Ltd.), where he served as head of the Merchandising Department and a director. He held various positions at au Commerce & Life Co., Ltd., including director, managing director, and external director before founding J-CAM Inc. and becoming its CEO in 2020.

慶應義塾大学法学部法律学科を卒業後、山一証券株式会社に入社し金融業界でのキャリアをスタート、その後メリルリンチ日本証券株式会社マネージメント・コミッティーメンバーに就任、岡三アセットマネジメント株式会社では理事を務めた。これまでに国内大手証券会社及び米系証券会社にてリテール及び機関投資家への営業、上場企業の資金調達、IPO、M&Aなどの業務を担当し、現在では「株式会社J-CAM」にて総合的な金融コンサルタントとして活躍している。 After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Keio University, the individual started their career in the finance industry by joining Yamaichi Securities Co., Ltd. They later became a member of the Management Committee at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities Co., Ltd., and served as a director at Okasan Asset Management Co., Ltd. They have been involved in sales to retail and institutional investors, fundraising, IPOs, M&A, and other related businesses at major domestic and US securities companies. Currently, they are active as a comprehensive financial consultant at J-CAM Inc.

東京大学経済学部卒業後、大蔵省に入省し、世界銀行や日本輸出入銀行で国際業務を経験。財務省では研究部長や九州財務局長などを歴任し、2009年以降は日本政策金融公庫や世界銀行国際金融公社東京事務所長を務めた。2016年に財務省を退職後、三菱重工業顧問を経て、2017年よりシティグループ証券で政府関連業務を担当し、2024年3月に退職。UCLAでMBA、大阪大学で博士号を取得し、証券アナリスト資格も保有する。2024年11月に株式会社J-CAMの顧問に就任。After graduating from the University of Tokyo’s Faculty of Economics, he joined the Ministry of Finance, gaining international experience at the World Bank and the Japan Export-Import Bank. He later held key positions, including Director of the Research Department and Director-General of the Kyushu Local Finance Bureau.After retiring in 2016, he served as an advisor to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and later managed government-related business at Citigroup Global Markets Japan until March 2024. He holds an MBA from UCLA, a Ph.D. from Osaka University, and is a certified securities analyst. In November 2024, he was appointed as an advisor to J-CAM Corporation.
