• Accounting and finance operations (including budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, closing procedures, and handling both domestic and international audits)
• Labor management (including the development of work rules, social insurance procedures, and attendance tracking)
• General affairs (such as maintaining internal policies, office/facility management, and equipment procurement)
• Legal operations in collaboration with external counsel (such as contract review and compliance framework development)
• Training and development of team members

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in administrative functions (accounting, HR, general affairs, etc.)
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience across key corporate functions
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Experience working at or familiarity with startups/venture companies
• Intermediate-level Excel skills (e.g., data aggregation using VLOOKUP, IF functions)
• Intermediate-level PowerPoint skills (e.g., creating proposals and internal presentations)
• English: Conversational level or above

• 3+ years of management experience in administrative departments
• Experience implementing IT tools and driving operational efficiency
