You will be responsible for marketing operations related to our crypto investment business, media business, and new business initiatives (including international projects), including the following:
Planning and execution of strategies to acquire new members
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of CRM initiatives for existing customers
Planning and management of SNS and web content
Design and project management of promotional campaigns
Negotiation and coordination with alliance partners
Data aggregation, analysis, and reporting, among other tasks
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
Experience managing the full PDCA cycle (planning, execution, evaluation, and improvement) in CRM initiatives
Experience using quantitative analysis tools for customer analysis
Strong data analysis skills
Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF functions for data aggregation)
Intermediate PowerPoint skills (e.g., proposal and presentation material creation)
English: Conversational level or above
Japanese: Fluent
Preferred qualifications
Hands-on experience with access analysis using Google Analytics and Search Console
Experience in SEO research and optimization using tools such as Ahrefs
Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Knowledge of event tracking using Google Tag Manager
Ability to extract and manipulate data using basic SQL
