You will be responsible for:

• Service operations related to domestic and international crypto asset services
  • Wallet management and exchange management
  • Customer management related to services
• Improving operations and workflows for crypto asset services
• Supporting new business initiatives
• Investigating operation flows arising from customer inquiries

• Work experience in middle office functions within the financial industry
• Strong communication skills Including negotiation and coordination with external service vendors
• General PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Japanese: Fluent

• Knowledge of the crypto asset industry and related products
• Basic programming experience
• English: Business level

• Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve goals
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with team members toward goals
• Persistent and resilient when facing challenging problems
• Adaptable to the constantly evolving financial landscape and regulatory environment
