Job Description
You will be responsible for:
Managing relationships with private wealth and premier clients within our services
Building and maintaining strong communication and engagement with these clients
Responding to inquiries from these clients in a timely and professional manner
Proposing and organizing events to engage these clients and encourage participation
Planning and executing service initiatives to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners connected to our firm
Required qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Sales experience at a financial institution such as a bank or securities firm (B2B or B2C)
Sales experience in highly specialized industries such as trading companies or real estate
Customer relationship sales experience in service sectors such as SaaS
General knowledge of the financial industry
Experience in proposing customized solutions in collaboration with internal and external experts, rather than simply selling standard products
Proficiency in basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Japanese: Fluent
Preferred qualifications
Private banking experience at a financial institution such as a bank or securities firm
Practical experience in the cryptocurrency industry
English: Business level
