  • Chief Executive Officer

    Toshiyuki Niitsu

    Toshiyuki Niitsu is the CEO and Founder of J-CAM Inc., established in May 2020. He previously served as Managing Director and Outside Director at au Commerce & Life Inc. (formerly LUXA Inc.), where he led business and corporate strategy. He initially led the launch of the e-commerce service LUXA within BizReach, Inc., and played a central role in its spin-off as an independent company, LUXA Inc., where he served as Director and Head of the Merchandising Department. Following the company’s transition to au Commerce & Life Inc., he continued to hold key leadership roles. In 2002, he founded Diglink Inc. (formerly Dickle Inc.) and served as its CEO. He began his career in 1999, supporting startup ventures after graduating from university.

    Yoshimitsu Kuramoto

    Yoshimitsu Kuramoto is an Advisor at J-CAM Inc., offering comprehensive financial consulting. He previously held senior roles at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities Co., Ltd., where he served as a member of the management committee, and also served as a Director at Okasan Asset Management Co., Ltd. His experience spans retail and institutional sales, capital raising, IPOs, and M&A for listed companies. He began his financial career at Yamaichi Securities Co., Ltd. after graduating from Keio University with a degree in Law.

    Noriaki Mizuno

    Noriaki Mizuno is an Advisor to J-CAM Inc., having joined the company in 2024. From 2017 to 2024, he was with Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc., where he oversaw government-related operations, following his tenure as an Advisor at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. Prior to that, he served as Managing Executive Officer at the Japan Finance Corporation and as Head of the IFC Tokyo Office of the World Bank Group. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Ministry of Finance Japan, including Director of the Research Department at the Policy Research Institute and Director General of the Kyushu Local Finance Bureau. He began his career at the Ministry of Finance (formerly the Ministry of the Treasury) after graduating from the University of Tokyo with a degree in Economics. He later gained international experience at the World Bank and the Export-Import Bank of Japan. He holds an MBA from UCLA, a PhD from Osaka University, and is a certified securities analyst.

    Yasushi Miyake

    Yasushi Miyake is the Manager of the Compliance Department at J-CAM Inc., having joined in 2025. He developed his expertise in management and compliance, later serving as Compliance Officer and Director at Type II Financial Instruments Business Operators, which are licensed under Japan’s Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, since 2015. Before that, he returned to the financial industry as a founding member of a newly established securities firm, after gaining experience in the IT sector. He began his career at Yamaichi Securities, working in both retail and corporate sales, after graduating from Rikkyo University with a degree in Business Administration.

    Yuki Dambayashi

    Yuki Dambayashi is the Business Strategy & Development Director at J-CAM Inc., having joined in 2024. He previously worked at Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., leading business transformation projects for e-commerce and customer service, including establishing the global headquarters in New York. Prior to that, he worked at Accenture Japan Ltd. specializing in consulting on new business strategies and business planning for securities firms. He began his career in 2011 at SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., focusing on high-net-worth clients and financial product sales after graduating from university.

    Yusuke Mizushima

    Yusuke Mizushima is the General Manager of the Corporate Department at J-CAM Inc., having joined in 2025. He previously served as the head of administration at a long-established construction company with approximately 100 employees—a company he had formerly supported as a banker—where he led organizational reforms and drove operational efficiency. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Mizuho Bank, engaging in large-scale corporate lending, financial analysis, business succession planning, and business matching, primarily as a corporate relationship manager after graduating from university.

    Toshiaki Kameyama

    Toshiaki Kameyama is the System Development Director at J-CAM Inc., having joined in 2024. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at BizReach Inc., where he contributed to multiple projects including LUXA and HRMOS as a Java/Kotlin expert. He led end-to-end development from system design through operations, serving as a tech lead and driving cross-functional collaboration. His work focused on delivering high-quality services with a strong emphasis on user experience and business growth. He is also an active open-source contributor, notably to the IntelliJ Kotlin Plugin, helping advance the developer community.

  • International Marketing

    Takahiro Abe

    Takahiro Abe is International Marketing Director at J-CAM Inc., having joined in 2025. Prior to that, he worked at Amazon Japan, LLC as a Vendor Manager, where he developed business strategies, built vendor relationships, and led promotional initiatives. Before Amazon, he was with IHI Corporation, engaging in international sales of power generation systems. From 2018, he was based in the U.S., where he led business development efforts, including startup partnerships and M&A projects. He graduated from Waseda University with a degree in Political Science and Economics.

    Luana Yusa

    Luana Yusa is a member of the Marketing Department at J-CAM Inc., having joined in 2025. She began her career at a trading company, where she worked in HR, managing new graduate recruitment from strategy planning to interviews, training, and onboarding. She subsequently also assumed sales responsibilities, gaining experience across both back-office and client-facing functions. She later joined a foreign-affiliated company as a sales representative. As a fluent speaker of Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, and English, she brings multicultural insight and multilingual capabilities to her role.

    Edo Chan

    Edo Chan is a member of the Business Operations Department at J-CAM Inc., having joined the company in 2020. Originally from Hong Kong, he moved to Japan in 2017 and entered the cryptocurrency industry, gaining experience in mining, wallet infrastructure, and token management and development. Prior to that, he began his career in sales administration at a Japanese trading company after graduating from university.
